We specialise in assisting individuals, institutional clients and regulated entities in resolving complex issues surrounding their affairs. In particular litigation support, where we work with an extensive network of lawyers accountants and investment experts on complex trust and accounting issues regarding the management of trusts and companies.

We also provide expert opinions for presentation during court hearings on offshore and onshore issues concerning trusts and allied structures. We have also been appointed by the Royal Court of Jersey to act as a sole expert to opine on the representations made by both sides in an action.

We offer assistance in mediations and we have formed part of specialist teams representing and advising clients during mediation proceedings. One of our directors is a qualified mediator and able to manage the mediation meeting itself where disputes have advanced to mediation.

Our teams are able to provide forensic analysis and reporting on a wide range of accounting and management issues, including reports concerning corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
