Michael Farrow MSc FCIS TEP
F O U N D E R DD I R E C T O R

A founder director of Consortia, Michael currently sits on the Boards of both UK listed and private property companies and private equity funds. He has extensive trust and real-estate experience having previously managed a very substantial family trust whose main activity was property investment and development in the UK, central Europe and California.

Through his experience in dealing with cross-border finance and tax efficient structures, Michael has developed a network of reputable contacts and advisers in many jurisdictions. During his earlier career he was a regular army officer and group company secretary of Cater Allen, Jersey.

Michael holds an MSc in Corporate Governance, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators and sits on the boards of a number of listed companies.

Christopher McFadyen FCA FCCA TEP

Christopher qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the age of 22 and established the Channel Island offices of the accountancy practice of Moores Rowland International. He subsequently negotiated the acquisition of its trust operations by the Cater Allen Banking group, later to be acquired itself by Abbey National.

During the course of his career Christopher has dealt with the majority of problems facing trust businesses. He specialises in advising on complex trust structures, both private and institutional and his advice is sought by other professionals in potentially litigious cases. He has also been involved with the commercial activities of his clients.

A founder director of Consortia, Christopher is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Accountant and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Nicholas Landor TEP

Nicholas has over thirty years experience in fiduciary services in Jersey, the Caribbean and Far East. During his career he was Managing Director of one of the largest trust companies in Jersey and prior to that, he was Director and General Manager for the offshore trust division of a major UK bank.

As one of the founder directors, Nicholas focuses on our private client offering, namely trustee, corporate and foundation services. He works closely with our clients and global network of professional advisers.

Nicholas is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is a committee member and the past President of the Jersey Association of Trust Companies (JATCo), which is the trade industry body representing the majority of trust company businesses in Jersey.

Tim specialises in complex corporate and trust issues particularly involved with private trust company establishment and holding structures for dynastic and high net worth clients.

Richard Hebert FCCA FMAAT
D I R E C T O R

Richard has 30 years experience in the trust and corporate services sector in Jersey, working in the trust departments of several large firms associated to law practices and banks. This included being a member of the management team of one of the largest independent trust businesses in Jersey and on the integration project team for two major acquisitions.

Richard was initially responsible for the client accounting department for Consortia and more recently taking responsibility as financial controller. In addition to normal client management he also advises on complex issues surrounding the administration of trusts and companies under administration, particularly in relation to accounting and to international accounting standards.

In 2009 he was made a Director of the group's subsidiary companies and in 2011 was made a Director of Consortia Partnership Limited.

He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants ("FCCA") and a fellow the Association of Accounting Technicians ("FMAAT").
