We are licensed by the Jersey Financial Services Commission to manage and administer funds and specialise in property and private equity funds. We also specialise in funds that are offered to a limited number of sophisticated investors, which require knowledge and expertise, rather than intensive IT solutions. Our team of qualified accountants and administrators has been involved with both UK and European property for many years and we benefit from a network of experienced professional advisors in that area.

We excel in this field and pride ourselves on cost effective and timely results and a strong client focus. We can provide either a fixed fee quote, based on a comprehensive appraisal of specific requirements or, alternatively, work on a fixed responsibility fee plus time expended until the fund has settled into a routine.

We are able to provide all aspects of fund management, administration, processing and company secretarial services. We also provide Jersey resident directors and officers with a background in property and private equity matters, experienced trustees, registered office facilities and investor reporting.
