Michael has extensive trust and real estate experience having previously managed a substantial family office whose focus was international property development. Dealing with cross border finance and tax efficient structures, Michael has developed a network of the highest quality contacts and advisers in many jurisdictions.

He sits on the Boards of a number of listed companies.

Nicholas Landor TEP (3)

Nicholas has over thirty years experience in fiduciary services. Previously he was Managing Director of one of the largest trust companies in Jersey, having led that business through several key acquisitions. Prior to that, he was Director and General Manager for the offshore trust division of a major UK bank.

He has recently been appointed President of the Jersey Association of Trust Companies.

Christopher McFadyen FCA FCCA TEP (2)

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant at 22 and founded and ran one of Jersey's most successful independent trust companies. Over the course of his career he has dealt with the majority of problems facing trust businesses. and his advice is sought by other professionals in potentially litigious cases. He has also been involved with the commercial activities of his clients.

Timothy Scott Warren ACA TEP (4)

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1979 and has since been involved in the financial service industry. Formerly Managing Director and thereafter Chairman of a respected bank trust company, Tim's particular experience is of employee benefit matters and complex trust issues.
